| Abstract: | Environment is one of important factors to influence the development of individuals and the construction of university plays an important role in the development of students' innovative ability and the implementation of creative activity. Only by strengthening the construction of humanistic, scientific-research, academic, practical environments and system environment, can the ecological environment of innovative-ability development be built for university students. |
