| 摘 要： | 随着社会主义市场经济的发展与改革开放的不断推进以及计算机的普及,信息化技术在社会生活的各个领域都发挥着重要的推动作用。而图书馆受时间与空间的限制,不能即时地为社会大众提供所需的资料。但随着信息化技术的广泛应用,图书资料管理事业的发展速度相当迅速,在最大程度上满足了社会大众对知识的渴望。

| Abstract: | Information technology plays an important role in all fields and every aspect of economic and social life with the development of the socialist market economy and meet the needs of the progressing course of reform and opening as well as the widely use of computer.The library couldn’t provide the necessary information to the the public instantly who is limited to time and space.But with the widely use of information technique,the information system management is developing fast,which can meet the need of the public to get the information they want at large. |
