| 摘 要： | 论文通过对近6年(2005—2010)国外学界"学术失范"相关研究论文进行综合调研,对"学术失范"的概念进行阐述,针对目前存在的学术失范概念认识模糊、学术伦理道德缺失、学术管理功利性和学术机制不完善的问题,从道德伦理角度、技术角度、图书馆员等几个方面,提出学术失范的应对措施,以期为制定学术规范教育制度化的政策提供依据。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes and elaborates the concept "Academic anomie" based on the review between 2005 and 2010.According to the issues such as ambiguous understanding of concept,lack of academic ethics,management utility,and imperfection of academic mechanism,this paper puts forward the corresponding measures from the perspective of the ethics,technology,librarians and so on,hoping to make policy of the institutionalization of academic norm education. |
