| 摘 要： | 通过调查研究，认为目前中学体育师资队伍中存在的薄弱环节，将会影响２１世纪中学体育教育、教学的改革与发展。探讨了２１世纪中学体育教师的必备能力。从而提出，为培养２１世纪中学体育师资人才，必须加大教改力度，紧扣培养力点，突出能力培养等。

| Abstract: | This text, by means of survey and researching, considering that, the troops of middle school PE teachers have some frail link at present which will influence the reformats developing of education and teaching of 21st's, So putting forward that aimed at developing the 21st's talent must faster scale of the reformation of teaching, detaining tightly that developing key dot, outstanding ability's training. |
