摘    要:广播电视大学“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目研究中期评估工作对电大的生存与发展具有十分重要的意义,通过对探索途经、摆脱束缚、创造模式三个方面的论述,认识到广播电视大学“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”中期评估旨在强调教育观念的转变。

Abstract:The middle periode evaluting job of item research of "The Reform of Talent Person Training Model and Opening Education Pilot" has a very important meaning relative to the existance and development for TV University. This paper is the writer's view point of middle periode evaluting job of "The Reform of Talent Person Training Model and Opening Education pilot project for TV University", and discussed from following three aspects: such as: searching the way, casting off tie and creating a model, its main meaning is to enhance the change of education idea.
