| 摘 要： | 我国的岁时节日中蕴含着丰富的民俗民间体育的内容,作为人们生活中特有的一种文化形式--民族民间体育活动,在其形成与发展的过程中,更多的还是通过各民族民间岁时节日或社火等活动得到继承和发展的.如:正月十五元宵节的舞龙灯、耍狮子、扭秧歌等;清明节的踏青、荡秋千、放风筝、拔河等;农历五月初五端午节的"龙舟竞渡",以及重阳节的"九九登高活动"等.这些民间的许多体育活动都与民俗节日有着必然的联系,反映出了特有的体育文化. |

| Abstract: | Abundant folk sports can be found in the Chinese festivals. As acultural form typical in people's life, folk sports is inherited and developed in the traditional Chinese festivals, such as dragon dancing, liondancing and Yanggo dance during the Lantern Festival on January 15 of the lunar calendar; country walk in spring days, swings, kite flying, tug-of-waretc on April 5 of the lunar calendar; dragon boat on May 5th of the lunar calendar and ascending high on September 9 of the lunar calendar etc. All of these folk sports has something to do with folk customs and festivals, reflecting the unique sports culture. |
