| 摘 要： | 在资本主义和社会主义现代化的历史进程和世界格局变动中彰显着马克思主义独特魅力和价值，然而全球化下“两制”的对比发展又出现散布马克思主义对社会主义建设的“过时”和“终结”的言论，严重干扰了人们的思想。发展中国特色社会主义必须坚定用马克思主义引擎导航，以科学的态度判定其时代价值，不断发挥其生命力、创造力、感召力，增强高举中国特色社会主义伟大旗帜的自觉性和坚定性。
