基于信息熵的水资源可持续利用综合评价分析

摘    要:水资源可持续利用综合评价中各单项指标的评价结果具有独立性和不相容性,需要考虑不同指标的属性.文章基于信息熵的分析方法,通过获得水资源可持续利用综合评价的指标信息熵,由指标信息熵确定各指标的权重,再结合属性识别模型,实现对各地区水资源可持续利用的综合评价和排序.此基于熵权的属性识别模型被应用到西安市的水资源可持续利用的综合评价中,取得了较好的效果,对西安市水资源的可持续利用具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:Because of independence and incompatibility resulted from outcomes of single index in the course of evaluating water resources sustainable utilization,it is necessary to take into account synthetically the attribute of every index.Based on information entropy,indicator-based information entropies are obtained in the evaluation of regional water resources sustainable utilization and the weights are calculated.Furthermore,the development and utilization phases of regional water resources and their optimum orders are achieved by combing with attribute recognition model.The method was applied to the evaluation of water resources sustainable utilization in Xi'an.It provided significant reference for sustainable development of water resources in Xi'an.
