| 摘 要： | 在思想政治教育中加强马克思主义人权观教育，提高广大人民群众的人权理论水平，普及人权知识，树立科学的人权观念，培养正确的人权意识，是全面推进民主与法治建设的客观要求，是建设社会主义政治文明和社会主义现代化的迫切需要；要明确指导思想，提高认识，端正教育目标，规范教育内容，注意教育方法，讲求实际效果。用马克思主义人权理论帮助人们分清在人权问题上的是非曲直，认清社会主义人权的优越性，了解我国人权建设的必要性、艰巨性与党和政府在人权建设上所作的艰苦努力及所取得的巨大成就；不断推进社会主义人权建设事业，依法尊重和保护人权。

| Abstract: | It is a crying need for the construction of the socialist modernization, of the political civilization , of the democratization and the rule by law to carry out the education of Marxism human rights viewpoints. It is also important for and masses to improve the theory lever of human rights, spread human rights knowledge, form scientific ideas of human rights and train themselves with good human rights sense. We must try our best to help the people to tell right from wrong on human rights, to understand the advantages in human rights of our socialist country and realize the necessities and difficulties of human rights construction in our country. It is our duty to let the people know that the Chinese Communist party has made great efforts in fighting for the people's human rights and the great progress, which we made in our society. We must safeguard and esteem the people's human rights. |
