| 摘 要： | 人才培养质量是高等教育质量的核心.高等教育大众化是我国高等教育发展的历史性跨越,但在大众化背景下高等教育质量的困惑制约着高等教育的可持续发展.研究影响教育质量的因素,借鉴国外高等教育质量保障的成功经验,寻找适合我国国情的质量对策,既是我国大众化高等教育满足经济社会发展需求的客观要求,也是高等教育自身发展的内在要求.

| Abstract: | The nurturing quality of talent is the core of the quality of higher education.Since the teaching quality of popular higher education is puzzling and restricting the sustainable development,searching for the causes that influence the education quality,learning and using the experiences of other countries for reference,and looking for the countermeasures suiting to our country's conditions are not only the objective requirement for popular higher education meeting the development of social economy but also the internal requirement for the development of higher education itself. |
