| 摘 要： | 国际商务英语具有文体的复杂性,实用性等特点并且它和跨文化交际有着密切联系。结合奈达的＂功能对等论＂对应用性文本翻译的指导作用,在国际商务英语翻译中,遵循语义信息、风格信息和文化信息对等的三＂对等＂原则,不失为一良策。
