| 摘 要： | 各个国家的公共图书馆作为地区图书馆事业的中心,它对本地区的图书馆负有辅导与协作、协调的责任.从图书馆事业具有普泛性的角度来讲,研究俄罗斯赤塔州普希金国立综合科技图书馆的发展状况,有助于推动我国图书馆事业的全面发展;有助于呼伦贝尔学院图书馆为中俄联合办学提供文献保障作出前瞻性的判断.
