| Abstract: | The development of the western region is a systematic project. It is also a time-consuming and difficult task. The development of compulsory education in western ethnic minority regions is the key to the strategy of developing the western region. We should learn from the support system for compulsory education of foreign countries and establish a support system for compulsory education in ethnic regions which suits the situation of China. |
