摘    要:教师评价是教育评价研究中的重点问题,它与教师的专业发展.职务晋升,经济收入等利益密切相关。教师评价的公正与否在很大程度上影响着教师的工作热情和工作态度。建立合理的教师评价体系.能够促进教师的专业发展,并为教师专业发展提供机会:而随着教师专业发展的不断深化。教师评价体系也会日趋完善,更好地为教师专业发展服务。教师专业发展与教师评价两者之间是一个互动的良性循环。

Abstract:Teachers' evaluation is a key problem to the education evaluation. It is closely related to professional development of teachers. To establish a reasonable teachers' evaluation system, we can improve teachers' professional skills and apply teachers' chances for professional development. With the development of professional development of teachers, the teachers' evaluation system will be improved, and can be served better for professional development of teachers.
