| Abstract: | The honest officials in the Han Dynasty（B.C. 206-23 A.D.） were of personality. They paid attention to the development of the local economy, taking care of the sufferings of the local people. And they advocated the Confucious culture. They set their personal examples in the aspects of honest and upright and abiding by the laws so that they were honoured by the people and the Dynasty. |
