教师的专业素质及其立体架构:校长的视角

摘    要:教师专业化发展必须首先明确教师专业素质的内涵及其要素之间的关系。调查研究发现,教师专业化发展的基本要素包括12项内容。根据结构—功能论和系统分析法,可概括出以专业理念为灵魂,专业智能为支撑,专业情怀为动力,专业规范为守则的教师专业素质三维立体架构。

Abstract:The professional development of teachers at first should define the relation between the connotation and key elements of teacher's professional quality. According to the survey, the key elements of teacher's professional quality should include 12 key factors. Based on these, applying structure-functional theory and systematic analysis method, we should attempt to build a 3-dimension cubic structure of teachers' professional quality with professional thoughts as its soul, professional competency as its support, professional emotion as its motor, and professional norms as its regulars.
