| 摘 要： | 教师、师德、师风是一个永恒的话题。自有教育便有教师,自有教师便有师德、师风。教师热爱祖国,爱岗敬业、严谨治学,关心集体,热爱学生,遵纪守法,以身立教,为人师表,会对学生的成长成才产生潜移默化的影响。但现实中"师德失范"现象的存在则不利于师德建设。所以,在新形势下高校教师树立良好的师德尤其重要,加强师德建设,从践行社会主义荣辱观做起。

| Abstract: | Teachers,teachers' morals and teachers' morale are an eternal theme.Where there is education,there are teachers.Where there are teachers,there are teachers' morals and morale.Teachers' love of the country,their devotion to their jobs,precise pursuit of their studies,care of collectives,love of their students,compliance with the rules and laws and paragon of virtue and learning exert a subtle influence on students' growth.However,in reality,"malfunction of teachers' morals" doesn't do any good to the building of teachers' morality.Under such news circumstances,the initial task for a college to perform is to establish good morale of teachers,to intensify the building of teachers' morals by starting from implementing socialistic concept of honors and dishonors. |
