| 摘 要： | 农民是农村改革发展主体,推进社会主义新农村建设和农业现代化,需要广大高素质的农民。农村成人教育作为培养和造就“有文化、懂技术、会经营”高素质新型农民的重要途径之一,必须从办学组织、内容、形式方法等多方面入手,加强农民实用知识教育和技术培训,为农民发展服务。

| Abstract: | Peasants are the main part of reform and development of rual area.It needs many high quality peasants to give impetus to social new rural collective economic undertaking and modernization of agriculture.The rural adult education is one of the important ways to train and bring up the high quality new-type peasants with education,techniques and management skills.So we must strengthen peasants' education of practical knowledge and technique training from the organization,content,form,methods of running a school and so on to serve the development of peasants. |
