| 摘 要： | 构建实验室安全保障体系是实验室建设的重要组成部分。文章论述了实验室安全要用“以人为本”的理念为基础．强化管理措施，加强安全教育。通过加强实验室安全防范软件和硬件的建设，全面构建制度化，规范化，人文化的实验室安全管理体系。

| Abstract: | Setting up the laboratory security system is an important part of laboratory construction . The article discuss the laboratory safety must be putting basic idea of Taking people as the foremost . An integrated safety system of management and the methods of valid safety education were put forward. Through reinforceing software and hardware are construction of the safety and preventive system,that establishing an institutionalized,normalized and human system of laboratory safety management. |
