| 摘 要： | 从工业工程专业应用型人才培养目标出发，在剖析目前工业工程专业实践教学存在的问题的基础上，提出了改革和创新实践教学的三大措施：构建从点一线一面逐步强化的综合实践教学体系，突出实践应用能力培养；完善对接地方企业生产实践素材，强化实践应用意识；开发综合实践教学网络平台，整合多维实践教学资源。研究认为：实践教学与理论教学同等重要，实践是工程技术人才成功之本。

A Study on the Practice teaching reform for Characteristic Professionalism of Industrial Engineering |

| Abstract: | Form the training goal of application-oriented talents in the industrial engineering, this paper analyzed the existing problems of current industrial engineering in the practice teaching and put forward to three measures of the reform and innovation. These measures included the flowing aspects： building the integrated practice teaching system that gradually strengthen form point to line then to plane, highlighting the cultivation ability in practice applied, improving the production practice material in the local enterprise and strengthening the practice application consciousness, developing comprehensive practice teaching network platform and integrating the practice teaching resources of multi-dimensional. The studies suggested that practice teaching is as important as theory teaching and practice is the success of the engineering and technical personnel. |
