| 摘 要： | 本探讨了我国高等教育大众化进程中量变与质变的关系，分析了局部质变超前总的量变的“超前”现象的特点，并预测了出现全局性质变落后于总的量变的“滞后”现象的可能性，指出正确认识“滞后”现象对我国高等教育从精英向大众化成功过滤具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | This paper probes into the relations between quantitative change and quahtative change in the course of popularization of higher education in china, analyses the features of the lead phenomenon that the partial qualitative change precedes the whole quantitative change, predicts the possibilities of the hysteresis phenomenon that overall quahtative change lags behind the whole quantitative change and shows clearly that having a correct understanding of the hysteresis phenomenon is of great significance to the higher education in China, which will help transit successfully from the elite to the popularization. |
