摘    要:微格教学适用于教师职前培养、职后研修和教研活动,有助于教师专业发展。《教师教育课程标准》实施后,微格教学的价值凸显:可以模拟课堂教学情境,解决教学难题;可以实现教师教学技能提升,形成教学风格;可以实现教师教育职前职后一体化,超越"空无现象"和"高原现象"。作为教学论与教学设计的整合形式,微格教学沟通教学理论与教学实践。

Abstract:Microteaching applies to pre-service teacher training, vocational training and teaching research. It contributes to the professional development of teachers. The paper gives an interpretation of simulated teaching in microteaching classroom on the basis of task analysis theory, activity theory and the theory of practice. The values of microteaching have become even more prominent since the implementation of Curriculum Standards of Teacher Education . These include: It can simulate the real classroom teaching situation so as to enable teachers to find and solve teaching problems; It is facilitative for teacher to improve their teaching skills form their unique teaching styles; It makes it possible to integrate pre- and post-service teacher education to transcend "the empty phenomenon" and "plateau phenomenon". As a means of integrating the theory of teaching and teaching design, microteaching bridges the teaching theory and teaching practice.
