| 摘 要： | 物流经济是近年来国内外研究的热点问题。通过对现代物流和传统物流的比较分析，认为现代物流借助于信息技术进行系统而有效的整合，实现了新经济条件下的又一次社会分工，第三方物流（TPL）则是这次分工的主要标志。

| Abstract: | Logistics economy has been the focus issue in the national and international study in recent years.By comparing modern logistics to traditional logistics,this thesis holds that modern logistics has become another social division of labor in the condition of new economy and by means of information technique modern logistics carries out efficient union systematically.Third-Party Logistics is the main mark of this social division of labor. |
