| 摘 要： | 通过对已有文献的二次研究，发现我国高校薪酬制度经过多次改革和发展，从职务供给制到国家统一制度工资，然后从企业单位薪酬模式分离出来，形成事业单位的薪酬模式，最终从事业单住独立出来形成高校自身的薪酬模式。但是现行的高校薪酬模式还存在很多问题，需要不断改革和完善。

| Abstract: | our country college salary system passes through reiorms and the development many times, from the duty supply system to the nationalunified system wages, then separates from the industry unit salarypattern, forms the institution salary pattern, finally theuniversities own salary pattern independently comes out forms the institution unit salarypattern,. But the present college salarypattern needs to reform andthe consummation. |
