| 摘 要： | 高等教育大众化已经提耻了我国高等教育决策的议事日程。目前，在我国高等教育大众化进程中，存在着高等教育民主、高等教育与教育的关系、教育经费、教育质量、教育形式、经济影响、制定高教大众化目标的参照系、管理体制、培养目标、教育性失业等十大问题。

| Abstract: | The popularization of higher education has become a part of agenda of policy decison about higher education in China.The thesis mainly inquires into ten problems in the process of popularization of higher education as follows:The democracy of higher education,the relation between higher education and elementary education,funds of education,the quality of education,the form of education,the influence of economy to educatoon,the determination of the aim of the popularization of higher education,the institution of management,the training aim,the unemployment of educationality,etc. |
