| Abstract: | The management idea with human as the center is an important part in the management practice in our country, in which human is placed in the core position of management. This essay puts the management of human in the first place of business administration, emphasizes the awareness and satisfaction of human needs, notes the negotiation and interaction of human relationship in work, and has such things in mind as the formation of the collective sense of the staff of an enterprise, the participation in important decision making of the enterprise and the team, and the function of stimulating the staff of the enterprise. |
