摘    要:体育理论是对体育教育实践的概括,反过来又指导体育实践。掌握体育理论知识是体育教学的重要内容之一,而考核则是对知识掌握程度的考察。口试作为考核的形式之一,在高校体育教学的考核中加以实施,有助于学风建设,有助于学生扎实地学习,也有利于培养这生的理解能力,表达能力,心理抗压能力和适应社会的应变能力。它是体育教学考试改革中行之有效的方法。

Abstract:P.E. (physical education) theories come from the P.E. teaching and guide P.E. teaching the other way round. Having a good command of P.E. theoretical knowledge constitutes an important teaching content, while testing is to screen the students' acquired knowledge. Being one of the testing forms, oral test, used in the P.E. teaching, can help to build a good learning style and help the students to study earnestly, training their flexibility, comprehension, expression and relaxation abilities. This is an effective method in the reform of P.E. tests.
