| Abstract: | English phonetics teaching is different from other languages teaching. By contrasting the traditional English estimate principle and the modem English estimate principle, the writer states that the English phonetics teacher should design the scientific and suitable estimate method to improve the English phonetics teaching according to the different level of the students and the text material. |
