| 摘 要： | 非公有制经济飞速发展不仅带来了经济格局的变化,也给新时期党建工作带来了挑战。在非公有制经济组织中,存在着党组织设置与企业发展不同步、党员队伍力量薄弱等问题。采取不断提高党组织的覆盖面、吸引非公有制企业员工向党组织靠拢、创新党建工作方法等措施,是加强非公有制经济组织党建工作的重要途径。

| Abstract: | The fast development of the non-public economics brings not only the changes to economic structure, but also challenges to the Party building in the new age. In the non-public economic organization, the Party organization structure is not coordinate with the development of the non-public economic enterprise, the force of the ranks of the Party is weak. Widening the Party's cover, attracting the members of the non-public economic organization to join the Party, creating new method of Party building, ect. are important ways to reinforce the Party building of the non-public economic organization. |
