| 摘 要： | 马基雅维里是近代以来系统研究腐败现象的第一人。他界定了腐败的含义,分析了腐败的根源,归纳了腐败的种类,并探讨了反腐败的相关制度设计,但又把制度的构建寄托于有美德的领导者的身上。他还提出道德的重建,试图从道德层面对制度在反腐败方面的不足进行补救。他在反腐败方面的真知灼见,对我们今天的反腐败斗争无疑有着多重的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | It is Machiavelli who initially researched corruption phenomenon systematicly since modern times.He defined the meaning of corruption,analyzed the origin of the corruption,summed up the kinds of corruption and probed into the relevant system design of the anti-corruption.However,he placed the hopes on the leaders of those who had great virtues.He still proposed the way of ethical reconstruction from the aspect of morals,to remedy shortcomings in the anti-corruption political system and law.His penetration with real knowledge and deep insight in anti-corruption,undoubtedly had a multiple reference meaning in our today's anti-corruption struggle. |
