| 摘 要： | 农民工职业培训是促进农村劳动力向城市快速转移加快城市化和新农村建设的迫切需要,但目前农民工培训存在统筹监管不力、投入机制不完善和缺乏有效的就业服务等问题,因此要加强政府的统筹监管、建立多元投入机制、搭建就业服务一体化服务平台等措施进一步推动农民工培训工作.
