| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员集教育者、管理者、领导者、服务者等角色于一身，各种角色之间产生冲突在所难免。文章从分析辅导员所扮演的角色和角色冲突的范畴入手，在加强角色调适、理论学习、技能训练、管理制度建设等方面提出了辅导员应对角色冲突的策略。这对完善高校辅导员队伍建设和提高学生工作实效是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | The counselors integrated educators, managers, leaders, service providers and other roles in one set in university. It will bring the role conflicts inevitably. Therefore, the counselor＇ s role conflict should be paid attention to. Tlfis article analyzes the role of coun- selor and role conflict, and puts forward some suggestions for counselor＇s role conflict. It is very important to increase the effectiveness of student work and improve the construction of the counselor team in university. |
