摘    要:成人认知发展理论提出了成人期认知发展的若干基本规律,如成人随着年龄的变化其液态能力和晶态智力的发展趋势,该理论从认知层面给我们的高校教师信息技术培训工作提供了启示,在培训方式上如何根据成人的认知特点和成人学习理论未有的放矢,使信息技术培训对教师们来说切实有效,不流于形式.
