| 摘 要： | 大学生在择业过程中存在着功利、求稳、悲观、急躁恐惧、怯场等一些不甚健康的心态。对此 ,学校应做到 :帮助和引导大学毕业生树立正确的人生观、价值观、择业观 ;提供及时周到的就业信息服务 ;强化毕业生择业的心理咨询。大学毕业生还应做到 :客观正确地认识自我 ,树立自信心 ,主动适应社会 ,正确对待失败 ,冷静处理怯场

| Abstract: | In the course of choosing careers the college students have some unhealthy mind states, such as utilitarianism, wanting stability, pessimism, impatience, fear, stage freight, etc. So it is necessary for the school to help and guide the graduate students to set up correct philosophy, value look, career choosing look, and to provide them with considerably complete information for obtaining employment, strengthen employment obtaining service in time. The graduate students should objectively and correctly know themselves, set up self confidence, actively adapt to society, correctly deal with failure, and calmly handle stage freight. |
