| 摘 要： | 国家的信息化建设是一个涵盖范围很广的课题，很难用简短的文字来说明。本文另辟蹊径，选择1993～2002年的《中华人民共和国国务院公报》作为数据来源，通过分析历年的政府工作报告、统计公报以及相关的法律法规、命令、文件等，对我国近十年来的信息化发展进程进行了初步探析。
