| 摘 要： | 本研究选取国内综合实力较强、管理与服务处于领先地位的7所高校图书馆为研究对象,从馆员年龄、性别、学历、专业和职称等不同角度进行比较分析,从严把人员评聘关、做好馆员素质教育及合理利用考核与激励机制三个方面提出加强国内高校图书馆队伍建设的建议。
