| 摘 要： | 2008年2月教育部颁发的《独立学院设置与管理办法》,要求独立学院取得学士学位授予资格,自己颁发学位证书。这就意味着独立学院将逐步与母体高校脱钩。文章考察了目前独立学院的实际发展状况,认为其发展仍处于初级阶段,从办学定位到专业、课程设置,从基本设施建设到师资队伍建设,从学校管理到校风培养等都很不完善,根本不具备自力更生的能力。因此,现在力促独立学院＂独立＂还为时过早,应该缓行。

| Abstract: | In February 2008,the Ministry of Education issued the ＂Settings and Management Methods of Independent Colleges＂,and claimed that independent colleges are eligible to grant bachelor＇s degrees,and award their own degree certificates.This means that independent colleges will gradually separate from the maternal universities.The paper inspects the current actual situation of independent colleges： from orientation to the settings of majors and curriculums,from basic construction to the construction of teachers,and from school management to school ethos and so on,are still not perfect.That＇s to say,independent colleges are still at the early stage of their development,and has no ability of self-reliance.Therefore,urging independent colleges to be ＂Independent＂ is too early,which should be put on hold. |
