| 摘 要： | 通过对全市部分乡镇图书馆（室）现状的走访、调研，结合建设社会主义新农村的要求，着力发现目前在我市乡镇图书馆（室）中存在的突出问题，针对差距，提出改进的意见和建议，以促进我市农村两个文明建设的向前发展。提升乡镇图书馆（室）在社会主义新农村建设中的作用，共同构建和谐社会。
