| 摘 要： | 高校知识女性作为我国知识分子中的一个特殊群体,在新旧体制转型期间各种价值观念冲突碰撞的过程中,其价值取向呈现出了追求事业成功、追求"双重角色"和回归家庭三种基本类型。导致其分化的原因是复杂多样的,其主要原因是经济体制的转变、东西文化的碰撞和高等教育的变化发展。高校知识女性价值取向的分化为提升高校工作效率和教育质量创造了有利条件,但也带来了许多不利影响。探寻高校知识女性价值取向的科学引领方法已成为新时期加强高校师资队伍建设不可回避的现实课题,以宽容态度正视多元分化现象,深化高校体制改革,弘扬主流价值观念,对帮助广大知识女性正确处理事业与家庭的关系,进而形成科学、合理的价值取向,具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | During the period of transmission from the old system to the new and the collision among values,the value orientation of female intellectuals in universities(a special group of intellectuals in our country) presents three basic types: pursuing career success,playing dual roles and returning to families.What caused such a phenomenon is complicated.The transformation of economic system,the cultural collision and the development of high education are the three main reasons.This differentiation is favorable to promote the working efficiency and high education quality.But it also has negative effects.Studying scientific approaches to explore the value orientation of university female intellectuals has become an unavoidable realistic subject to strengthen the team construction of teachers.To face the multiple phenomenon tolerantly,to deepen the university organizational reform and to bring honor to the mainstream value are helpful for female intellectuals to handle properly the relationship between career and families,and form a reasonable and scientific value orientation. |
