野生植物余甘子提取物抗氧自由基性能分析研究

摘    要:用电子顺磁共振法、DPPH分光光度法、联苯三酚红/H2O2/Fe2+分光光度法对野生植物余甘子提取物的抗氧化性进行了分析检测及活性研究.并用自己研究出的玫红光敏化合物微生物纸片法进行了抗氧自由基性能检测对照.结论:余甘子对自由基的清除率可以达到30-80%,具有很好的抗氧化能力及氧自由基清除作用.新的抗自由基性能检测方法简便易行,适用快速.

Abstract:Using the ESR method,DPPH Photometric method、Pyrogallol red H_2O_2/Fe~(2+) Photometric method and microbiological method to analysis and investigating the resistance to oxidation capability of substances recovered from Phyllanthus emblica L. Contrasted result by a new photosensitized compound microbiological method. The result: Scavenging percentage of free radical of Phyllanthus emblica L. is arrive at 30-80%,so it has finer ability of antioxidant and scavenging free radical. This new photosensitized compound microbiological method has characteristic of simple, convenient and speediness.
