| 摘 要： | 铁饼技术是一项较为复杂的技术，人们在教学实践中总结出许多宝贵的经验，但目前我国体育院校培养出的田径专业学生，普遍存在着对铁饼完整技术理解不深，也做不出一个质量较高的铁饼完整技术，本文通过对运动技能形成过程中的生理学、心理学的深入分析，指出运动技能的动态性而提出“技术强度”概念，以期能对铁饼技术教学有一个更深入的了解。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Techniques of discus is comparative complicated, so many experience of it was generalized in the practice of teaching. However, many P.E. students, who major in athlete, did not have deep understanding on whole techniques of discus and could not complete a full-scale and high-quality activity. The article, through analysis on the form of sports ability from physiology and psychology, points out dynamically of sports techniques and put forward the concept of techniques intensity in reference to discus teaching. |
