| 摘 要： | 在大力推进终身教育与构建学习化社会的背景下,自20世纪90年代以来成人工作场所学习被西方研究者广泛关注,并取得一系列研究成果。本文选取了具有代表性的比利特、古宁汉姆、约根森和瓦林朗等研究者的成人工作场所学习理论,通过对它们的比较和分析,探讨西方成人工作场所学习理论研究的发展。

| Abstract: | Under the background of vigorously urging lifelong education and constructing learning society,since 1990 s,attention has been widely paid to adult workplace learning and a series of research results has been achieved.This paper selects representative adult workplace learning theory on Billet,Gunnuingham,Jorgensen and Warring and other researchers,by comparing and analysing them and explores on the development of western adult workplace learning theory. |
