| 摘 要： | 兼职教师是开放大学教学队伍的重要组成部分,学校对他们的管理直接关系到教学水平以及人才培养的质量。但当前存在着兼职教师教学管理课程质量不高,资源建设水平低等问题。办好开放大学,需要加强对兼职教师的培训,管理细分化,开展各级各类培训,建立并完善相关配套制度。

| Abstract: | Part time teachers are an important part of the open university teaching team. The manage- ment of the part-time teachers is directly related to the effect of teaching and the quality of personnel train- ing. Currently, there are many problems, such as the quality of part-time teachers＇ course teaching is not high and the low level of resources construction. The open university education needs to strengthen the training of part-time teachers and management segmentation, to carry out various types of training at all levels, establish and improve the supporting system. |
