| 摘 要： | 作为党员领导干部,应按照“三个代表”要求,从三个方面塑造好自己的形象：政治上有坚定的理想信念;能体现时代精神;能实践全心全意为人民服务的宗旨,这三个方面的形象塑造好好,党员领导干部才能适应新形势新任务的要求,在群众中的形象才会高大起来。

| Abstract: | As a Party leader, according to the demands of "Three - representative", one should mould the characters in three aspects: having firm ideal concept in politics, reflecting the spirit of the time and practicing the goal of serving the people heart and soul. Only when the three characters are well moulded can the Party leader face the new demands of the new situation and task, thus growing as a Party leader. |
