摘    要:远程教育带有某些“制器”的工业化特征 ,素质教育则关注文化道德的回归。它们已成为2 1世纪分立于教育两极的热点问题。我们应从社会进步、教学发展对素质教育的需求出发 ,积极思考实施素质教育的背景、素质教育与远程教育之间的关系 ,以及远程教育高校如何推进素质教育的问题

Abstract:Distance education and quality education are hot spot issues of the present education, but they seem stand separately in two diametrically opposed groups of educational ideas the industrialization trend and the humanistic one. Starting from the restoration of humanism in education, the trend of education technology and the relationship between the distance education and quality education, this paper discusses the problem of how to implement the quality education at the background of developing modern distance education.
