| 摘 要： | 以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂，巯基乙酸和壳聚糖为原料合成了巯基化壳聚糖．在壳聚糖和巯基乙酸比例（W/V）为0．05，催化剂0．08g、反应时间24h、温度为25℃的反应条件下，巯基含量达到6．10％．

| Abstract: | Chitosan-thiolated polymers was synthesized by mercaptoacetic acid and chitosan catalyzed by p-toluenesulfonic acid. The results show that the appropriate conditions are： ratio of chitosan to mercaptoacetic acid is 0.05（W/V）, weight of catalyst is 0.08g, reaction time is 24h, temperature is 25℃, Under the appropriate conditions the yield of the high-density thiol groups was 6.10%. |
