摘    要:课堂协同学习是指在教育环境下,学习者以学习共同体的形式为获得个体与群体的学习绩效而进行互动、互补的学习方式;这里的群体是个体的共同体,协同学习不排除个体之间的竞争关系,但更强调个体间在磨合中能互补、相长与认同,通过“求同存异”的群体合作方式获得客观全面的知识,课堂群体最终形成新的认知结构并提高学习绩效。

Abstract:synergetic learning in the classroom refers to the interactive and c omplementary way of learning in which learners form a community to obtain good l earning result of their own or the group's. Here , group means the community and synergetic learning doesn't exclude the competition between individuals, but pa y more attention to the complement, mutual progress and acknowledgement after th e friction and harmony between individuals, and achieve the aim of comprehensive and objective understanding by the way of seeking common ground while reserving differences, so that all the groups will form the new cognitive structure and i mprove their study.
