| 摘 要： | “学生职业发展”课程在高职高专人才培养体系中占据重要的位置，也是就业服务的重要内容。关注学生可持续发展能力，为学生进行学业与职业导航，有助于提高学生的就业竞争能力。本文从建设职业发展精品课程的视角，进一步明晰了该课程的定位和特点，对构建高职学生职业发展教育综合体系进行探讨。

| Abstract: | Students＇ Career Development is important in the talent cultivation system of higher vocational education, which is also a key content of employment service. We should attach importance to the students＇ sustainable development and provide guidance to them, thus improving their competence in the employment market. This paper made some clarifications in the position and characteristics of this course and provided some explorations on how to establish the career development system in higher vocational colleges. |
