| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育事业发展迅猛,办学层次和办学规模的不断提高,高校的固定资产拥有量不断增加,这就对固定资产管理提出了更高的要求,但现实中资产管理的弊端日益凸现。文章试图在分析高校固定资产管理现状的基础上,建立以业务流程重组为指导思想的新的固定资产管理体系。
