摘    要:本文在分析当前中小学教师继续教育模式中存在的问题及原因的前提下 ,提出了建立新型的教师继续教育模式必须关注当代教师成长的规律与特点 ,创新教师继续教育模式 ,促进教师专业成长。并重点探讨了网络式、导师制、菜单式、情景式等几种创新性的教师培训模式。

Abstract:This paper firstly analyses the problems existing in teacher continuing education and the reasons for the production of these problems. Secondly, it is suggested that in order to help teachers improve their professionalization's growth, we have to focus on the characteristics and laws of teachers' growth and re-engineer the model of continuing education. Several models of continuing education are explored such as net-work model, tutoring model, menu model and contextual model.
